Made it go really smoothly

Paddy made our SOC 2 audit far less painful than we expected. Questions came back fast, often on the same day, and he never piled on requests (for evidence or for controls) that weren't actually necessary. We always knew what was being asked and why. The result was an audit that felt a lot less intimidating than we expected. If you want an auditor who makes the process smooth rather than stressful, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience working with Sensiba on our SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA audit. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, answered our questions quickly, and helped us understand what was needed without making the process unnecessarily complicated. Should a SOC2 Type II audit for a small fintech take 3.5 months from audit period completion to receipt of the report? Should there be radio silence from the auditor for 6 weeks after the audit period finished? Should an auditor regularly take 2 weeks to respond to emails? Should I need to constantly ask for progress updates? If, like me, you think the answer to these questions is 'no', then you have the answer to the critical question: Should you use these guys?
