30 Years of Experience Comes to Drata
With over three decades of in-depth IT and security experience, Andy Bryars started his career working for system integrators where he learned the importance of a customer-first approach. He’s since served in a number of customer-facing roles, including nearly a decade at Okta, where he moved his way up from an individual customer success manager to the senior director of customer success in EMEA.
Andy has a proven track record working within SaaS hyper-growth organizations to build high performance Customer Success teams that solve complex problems, while also driving customer ROI, retention, and revenue.
