Automated Governance
Turn governance into a system, not a spreadsheet. This month’s releases help teams automate more of their compliance workflows, stay ahead of deadlines, and expand device coverage without adding lift.
AI Control Mapping for Custom Policies
Now, when creating custom policies or editing a policy, Drata automatically suggests relevant controls to map. This enhancement reduces manual work and makes it easier to maintain governance accuracy as programs grow.
Stay Ahead With Upcoming Task Notifications
Customers now receive a weekly email every Monday showing tasks due within the next seven days. This completes the notification lifecycle, giving users proactive visibility without needing to check dashboards or rely on manual nudges.
Multiple MDMs, One Unified Platform
You can now connect and manage multiple identity providers—like Okta, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud—simultaneously in Drata. View all users in one place, assign policies across IdP groups, and monitor MFA compliance across your entire org without manual workarounds.
Security Assurance
Proving trust shouldn’t require fire drills. This month, we’ve added AI-powered search to both Microsoft Teams and public Trust Centers, improved NDA setup, and boosted questionnaire workflows—all with speed and scale in mind.
AI Search Now Available in Microsoft Teams
You can now ask one-off questions and receive AI-generated answers directly in Microsoft Teams, powered by your Trust Library. It brings parity with Slack and makes security answers accessible where enterprise teams already work.
Expanded AI Disclosures on Trust Centers
We rolled out new AI metadata tools, including an AI Overview, Evaluation & Red-Teaming fields, and a new “AI Feature” item to document AI-powered capabilities. This helps you clearly communicate your AI security posture to buyers and partners.
Clickwrap NDA Gets a UX Upgrade
Clickwrap settings are now easier to configure, preview, and maintain. Customers can choose autogenerated or custom NDAs, preview content in Markdown, and clearly track each NDA’s connection and status. Salesforce NDA Bypass settings now include dropdown selectors to reduce manual entry errors.
Automatic Redaction of Customer Names
To prevent data leakage and improve AI training, Drata now detects and removes customer names from questionnaire responses before adding them to the Knowledge Base.
Continuous Compliance
Staying audit-ready is easier when evidence, frameworks, and systems stay in sync. This month’s releases tighten global alignment and surface key test context automatically—reducing back-and-forth and manual triage.
Support for Australia’s ACSC Essential Eight
Drata now supports the ACSC Essential Eight framework, expanding our global compliance coverage and helping APAC-based companies meet regional requirements with confidence.
More Context in Jira With Test Findings
Automatically generated Jira tickets now include a templated description of the failed test and an attached CSV of findings. This gives infrastructure and security teams the detail they need to resolve issues, even if they’re not Drata users.
From automated governance to AI-assisted assurance, every update this month helps your GRC program move faster, prove more, and scale securely.
