The Senior Software Engineer helps lead the platform development by making architecture decisions to ensure we're building clean, maintainable, and beautiful applications. This person is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our APIs that power our web applications. They develop specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modify/maintain the existing software. This position participates in design and coding activities with other staff members. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with management and other leads to design and implement new systems, maintain operations of the production systems and to coordinate work across all the initiatives of the Engineering team. They will operate in a distributed architecture, building the infrastructure to manage Big Data and solve complex algorithmic problems.

The Compliance Manager will support clients in automating their compliance strategy, ensuring their process is compliant with information security standards, external regulations, industry best practices, and established internal standards that relate to technology. This position will also coordinate with external auditors and process owners to enable completion of testing and provide support by developing relationships with leaders throughout the organization to monitor and improve internal controls, processes and drive operating efficiencies. Experience with information security audits and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is mandatory. Familiarity with GRC, GDPR, data privacy, or data security policies and regulations preferred.
As a Solutions Architect at Drata, you are a customer-facing technical expert for the world's most advanced security and compliance automation platform. SAs execute within the Customer Success function at Drata and work closely with Engineering to drive fast and smooth audit readiness programs, create and deliver best practices for a broad range of complex integrations and APIs, and advocate on behalf of customers' needs for a rapidly growing platform.
