If your Trust Center has more than one product, you can now assign a single item to multiple products instead of maintaining a separate copy for each. When products share an item, editing it in one place updates it everywhere it is assigned.
What’s new
- Use the Product(s) field to select which products an item belongs to.
- Update shared content once and apply the change across all products using that item.
- Select Create separate item for Product when one product needs its own independent copy of the content.
Notes
- This feature requires more than one product to be configured in your Trust Center.
- An item must belong to at least one product.
- If you add an item to a product that already has content, the existing content is deleted and replaced after you confirm the change. Content from the two versions cannot be merged.
