Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and auditors frequently work with multiple clients simultaneously. To improve efficiency and multitasking, we’ve enhanced navigation and usability across different client audits.
Solution Highlights
- Improved Tab Management: Auditors and MSSPs can now right-click to open new audits in a new tab.
- Client Identification in Navigation: Auditors will now view the client name and logo in the main navigation bar while in read-only mode, ensuring they always know which client they are working on.
- Synchronized Logout: To maintain security and prevent session inconsistencies, all open tabs will log out at the same time when you sign out.
Notes: Multi-workspace support is not included in this update. This enhancement specifically applies to MSSPs and auditors working across multiple clients within the same workspace.
