Following the launch of SafeBase Trust Library Search, SafeBase is excited to introduce a new way to get answers even faster, directly in Slack. You can now use the /safebase-ask-ai [your question] command to get instant responses from your Trust Library in SafeBase.
A few things to know:
- This feature is available to customers on a paid SafeBase plan
- Your SafeBase Slack integration must be configured to use this feature.
- If your organization has multiple products, the Slackbot will prompt you to choose one before answering, similar to AIQA.
