Admins and Workspace Managers can now scope which personnel appear in each Workspace by mapping specific IdP groups to it. Only members of the assigned IdP group(s) show up as personnel in that Workspace.
If your organization runs separate compliance programs for different business units, subsidiaries, regions, or a framework-specific population, personnel scoping helps each Workspace reflect only the people relevant to that program.
What's New
- IdP group mapping: Assign one or more IdP groups to a Workspace so only their members appear as personnel there. The same group can be mapped to more than one Workspace.
- Consistent scoping everywhere: Scoping applies across the Personnel page, Framework Readiness score, compliance checks, monitoring tests, audit sampling, and exports for that Workspace.
- Set up from Settings or Governance: Configure scoping from Settings > Organization > Workspaces > [Select the desired Workspace] > Personnel scoping > Edit.
Nothing changes for existing Workspaces until scoping is configured — if no groups are selected, the Workspace continues to show all personnel.
