When a person in your organization is marked former or loses a role, Drata no longer automatically reassigns what they're responsible for. Those items stay with that person until an admin reassigns them.
This helps most when someone is on leave and gets marked inactive, or when your identity provider marks someone former. Either way, your controls, policies, vendors, evidence, and risks stay exactly where they were.
What's new
- Responsibilities stay put. Controls, policies, vendors (owner and relationship contact), evidence, and risks (owner and reviewer) remain with the original person instead of moving automatically.
- Admins get notified. An email alerts the admin, who decides who takes over.
- New name. What we used to call "ownership" is now "responsibilities" throughout the product.
