SafeBase for Salesforce v1.28 adds two ways to get questionnaires into SafeBase faster. Reps can now submit a questionnaire that lives in a customer's portal by pasting the portal link — no downloading, re-uploading, or copying questions by hand. They can also set an optional due date when submitting a questionnaire (file or link), so the team knows when a response is needed as soon as it lands in SafeBase.
