Customers can now configure SAML single sign-on for SafeBase without opening a support ticket. Org admins upload their identity provider's metadata, map the domain, verify the connection, and turn it on — all from their org's security settings.
What's New
- Configure SAML SSO directly from Settings → User Management & Authentication, guided by a step-by-step setup assistant.
- Rotate certificates and update your identity provider configuration at any time, without contacting SafeBase support.
Important Note: This is not applicable if you authenticate via Drata. This self-service SAML setup is for SafeBase-native accounts only. If your organization signs in to SafeBase through Drata, this feature does not apply to you — you'll continue authenticating through Drata as usual.
