17 new Azure and AWS tests

Important Test status note:
- New status: For customers who have the associated controls. These tests will be labeled new for a limited time to help existing customers identify them easily.
- Disabled status: For customers who did have associated connections, but they did not enable them.
- Unused status: For customers that do not have the associated connections.
