Custom Fields appear with Asset Drawer

Custom fields now appear the first time an asset drawer opens, even when the field data is blank. This aligns with the expected experience from other pages. We display empty value fields with a dash across all objects (e.g. assets, controls, vendors, risks, etc.) for a consistent experience across the application.
